All returned merchandise must be unopened and in the same condition as when they were shipped in order to receive credit. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product got damaged during shipping. In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, or the juice has leaked from the container please contact us via e-mail immediatly at purevivegoji@shaw.ca , and we will file a claim with the carrier for a damaged shipment. Please include your order number, daytime phone number, and the nature of the damages. You may be contacted by the insurance provider and if so will need to comply. We will then ship out a replacement once the claims process is complete.
